Very friendly and helpful staff, and delicious breakfast. We received a ticket for the cable car ride to the mountains – the view was a pleasant surprise. What impressed us even more was that we were given free access to the thermal spa, and even after checking out, we were able to spend half a day there and return the bathrobes later. Excellent service.
The bed and pillows were not very comfortable

Older building of two run as a pair, and you check in next door. We had a nice balcony that overlooked the main road into town and valley. Very quiet. What makes this a great deal and worth any small misses is they are just a few buildings and a very short walk from the thermals, and we did that twice. As it was April and snow, not a huge crowd there but wonderful soak! Hotel provides robes and towels too. Also a Gemmi lift ticket which we also used with 15 minute walk to that end of town, spectacular views, although blowing snow made the upper landscape difficult.
Room one of the smallest of our three week journey and two weeks in Switzerland, especially if you have larger checked bag sized cases. Breakfast was modest assortment or things to eat, no cooked choices, but great cheeses, cold cuts and bread.

Breakfast was delicious and staff very nice and helpful. Location great. I would come back with my children for longer holiday.
Only one thing might be improved. I did went there to do hiking and get really wet and single room is a bit small to dry clothes.

The location was good. The hotel was very clean.
The carpark was small and narrow and smelled moldy. The exit from the carpark was like a labyrinth.
