Conveniently located. Wellness center good.

Room in bad condition. Bathroom in 114 had makeshift wall repairs done with a 2min putty job instead of anything professional. Clearly hotel is in cost savings mode. Dinner options not well-advertised…Titlis restaurant is only for groups but that isn’t advertised at all.

Very bad hospitality quality

Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption brauchten immer wieder Hilfe, nicht trainiert. Sprachen teilweise kein Deutsch, nur Englisch, oder brauchen zu 2 für Check-In/Out?!!? U.a. haben es die Kollegen nicht geschafft 1 Tag zuvor meine schriftliche Reservation fürs hauseigene Restaurant Urchig weiterzuleiten und wir standen ohne Reservation vor eine ausgebuchten Restaurant am nächsten Abend!! Einfach voll verschlampt.. obwohl schriftlich reserviert und als Ok bestätigt… wir mussten dann botmässigen im grossen Saal / Nebenraum mit unseren Gästen aus dem Ausland eine Tisch nehmen - nicht im eigentlichen Restaurant. Erst nachdem ich sehr laut wurde, wurden die Wartezeit Getränkte aufs Haus genommen - ..aber auch die Getränke brauchten +15 min für 6 Getränke (3 Cocktails, und Eistee, Wasser, Wein), und wir wollten alle nur essen!!! Ich übernachte in vielen Hotels, aber so einen schlechten Services resp. schlecht trainiertes Personal habe ich nicht erlebt, insbesondere in einer Touristendestionation wie in Engelberg. Hier erwarte ich von einem *** schon mehr, insbesondere in der Hauptseason. Die Zimmer wurden auch nicht gemacht, und die Freundlichkeit des Personal lassen wir mal aus, aber daran muss auch gearbeitet werden.

Not a 4 star hotel 2 star maximum and wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking a 4 star hotel

The location and the staff's are very kind to let us check in at an early arrival and let us used the garage even after our check out.

First of all we've never ever been so disappointed on booking.com hotels. But with this it was really not the standard of a 4 star hotel. 2 star Yes but not 4. The room has no cafe machine nor to make tea. No refrigerator or bar. The table has a stain on it. The bathroom, the shower, the water don't fonction correctly water comes out on the middle of the shower which looks like a hose. The pool, water was cold. The sauna the other one was cold and the other one 45degrees.

Gute Lage für Schneesport aber nicht für ein Spa Aufenthalt.

Die Lage ist super, das Frühstück war auch gut mit grosser Auswahl.

Leider eher etwas veraltete Zimmer. Der Indoorpool im „SPA“ Bereich war eher kalt. Leider überhaupt nicht geeignet um sich nach einem Schneetag aufzuwärmen. Eher Sportbeckentemperatur was sehr schade war. Die Sauna haben wir nicht getestet.

good place to stay, just dont take it as a spa

great location, very friendly and helpful staff, especially david brasil.

refrigerator was broken, there was no replacement. pool with cold water, we could not enjoy the spa as we intended. the hot tub was an expensive, paid-for amenity.

Not great, will pick elsewhere next time.

Our room was also allocated to someone else so two people came into our room when we were in there. Also the corridors were very noisy at night, going into early hours. The Spa was booked by a private group most of the time we were there so couldnt be used.

Superb

Breakfast was super. A lot of different food to choose for adults and kids. Also the pool was rather big and nice. The staff was always friendly. The location of the hotel is super convenient. It is 5 minutes walk to train station, 15 minutes walk to mountains, 2 minutes walk to a supermarket and restaurants.

There is also a restaurant in the hotel. We had dinner there but we didn't like it very much. We were a little bit confused about naked spa zone. We didn't expect that because we were with a small child but children under 16 are not allowed to visit this zone.

overall a disappointing experience, didn’t deserve 4 stars and definitely wasn’t worth the money

great view from the deluxe double rooms on the 8th floor, good location

the bathroom wasn’t very clean, the towels were dirty too and had long dark hair on it, the soap was almost empty when we arrived, dirt and food under the bed (unopened peanuts, not just crumbs) obviously they just didn’t look or clean under the bed, the hotel parking is small and the parking spots are very tight, and they’re pricy too. breakfast was okay but the restaurant is way too small and it gets very crowded and hectic, staff is mostly unfriendly and not welcoming at all, checking in was very messy, the guy at the reception barely said anything to us, we only got one key card for a deluxe double room for 2 people and he barely even knew what i had to fill out on the papers he gave me.

Disappointing

Poorly qualified staff. We had to stay for 3 days to solve the problem with the heating system. Only one card is offered for the apartment (4 people), but you cannot go up to the elevator without the card.
