A fantastic hotel in a beautiful location. The staff were very friendly and professional, the breakfast was fantastic, and the room was clean and tidy. I’d love to come back here any time – I had a wonderful time and can wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.

The Hotel is well located, clean, well sized room and friendly staff.
Swimming pool and Sauna was really great,

The room was not cleaned. They only made the bed and took the towels (without replacing them…).
The parking is also very expensive. Much cheaper outside.
But the worst is the reception. I had read This problem in the others reviews, but I thought it was too extreme. I had issues with internet, not only was really slow, and suddenly I was asked to pay to use it. The guy literally told me that he was not a internet tech, so was not his problem. He also added that I should learn how to use my phone.
I they kindly replied that I had used it the day before. And as the hotel provides free WiFi as service, he had to help me. He then said that the system might have had a hacker attack. He told me to try later again. It worked finally.
Then I have asked info on how to go on the monuntain on the back. Showed on the map. He said he had no idea. Then I asked if there was a info point for turists. He then said that the other receptionist might know. But not him.
What really bothered me is to see how all the comments of previous guests had no impact on the staff attitude.
