The hotel is just 1–2 minutes from bus #20 stop, which goes to Lucerne Train Station—an important convenience since taxis are expensive in Switzerland. The breakfast attendant was excellent: hardworking, attentive, and always on top of her duties.
It would be beneficial to offer at least one new breakfast item, particularly for guests staying multiple nights.

the aircin as it was 38 degrees outside, cimfortable bed
the singkecroom is s tight space for the money. I did nit see any staff, except for a lady who I think worked in the kitchen. Checkin/checkout/breakfast all automated.

This hotel was lovely. We had a nice airy room and the view was wonderful. There was a good choice for breakfast too. There was also free coffee and tea available which was a nice bonus.
I don’t really have any negatives to add other than we would have liked more pillows.

Location
The room and breakfast area were cold and the breakfast was basic and uninspiring. While the room had air conditioning, it was always turned off after cleaning. This meant we had to heat the room every time we returned, which was inconvenient at -8 degrees.
