Location - lakeside. Gorgeous views of lake and mountain. The breakfast was excellent.
Room was hot, only a small fan. Shower head is the kind that shoots out water in a forceful uncomfortable way. Beds are not truly queen or king - only two twins pushed together with the gap in the center. Lack of outlets - had to unplug lights to use an outlet. Also, wasted money on a bus because staff told me that the pass didn’t cover transportation, which I figured out later wasn’t true. It does give free bus rides. Construction noise started next door at 7 am! Seems they should’ve revealed this one of the few times we communicated before I made the reservation.

The view is gorgeous, just something to soak in for as long as you can.
The breakfast was amazing as well. But besides that the restaurant didnt really have much vegetarian options for dinner etc.
The place is slightly far from lucerne train station but you can easily reach close-by using a bus and then a short walk - small price to pay to be away from crowded places.
Not sure if it was worth the money we paid, but nonetheless, a beautiful place with a nice view.

Nice and peaceful view from the room. Incredible breakfast.
Staff were not very pleasant. TV is very old with no Netflix, only Swiss German channels. Shower was blocked meaning every shower we took, we were standing in nearly a bath full of water...
