The hotel is really 10/10. The absolute highlight was the easy access to the lake accompanied by sauna right in the park. The studio we had was convenient, clean and had AC and a nice balcony. Gym was small but had everything one needs. Arriving with the ferry is super simple. Local bus stop just next to the hotel and it is free!
The restaurant is basic swiss quality: food is OK, service was tip top.

The swimming area was lovely and the room clean.
The food in the cafe seemed very over priced for what it was but the food was good and well made. The location is great to the boat but it is far from everything else including the super market. Our biggest issue was the smell in the room still unsure what it was but it was unpleasant and lasted all 3 nights. The hotel was nice and clean but I don’t think we would stay there again on personal preferences.

The location
The room was disappointing for several reasons. The air conditioning was excessively noisy and barely cooled the room, making it uncomfortable to sleep.
In addition, there was no room service available. Guests were required to collect their food from the restaurant themselves, which is not the level of service I would expect.
Another major issue was the large number of mosquitoes in the room. My children were repeatedly bitten throughout our stay, causing them considerable discomfort.
Overall, these issues significantly affected the quality of our stay and fell well below the standard I expected given the price paid.
