Nice location, private beach, cleanliness, free coffee and tea. The employees were also very kind.
It is needed to pay for an open parking. The prices are generally very high, there are not body lotions in the room, no cotton buds. The breakfast was served in the Chalet across the street. It was always only one person working and the breakfast was not offering the variety we were expecting from a 4* hotel.

The private lakeside access
The fact that I was put in a corner room with little to no lake view at first. Coming from so far a clear and decent lake view is a prerogative. I had to pay 90 Francs more per night for a room with a view.
Also no travel discount for a travel industry related person.
