The view from our room was exceptional; Mt. Pilatus and Lake Lucerne from our private balcony. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning having a cup of coffee and enjoying the beautiful view.
We walked around and got to enjoy the beautiful flowers and gardens along the path as well.
We live in Florida and always have the AC running. This was our first hotel that did not have air conditioning. We were grateful that a fan was provided in our room and enjoyed sleeping with the windows open since it was cool at night. We were also next to a church and could hear the bells.

Great staff. Fabulous location. Clean rooms.
Just a little pricey.

The breakfast was disappointing with a limited choice.
The choices at breakfast could be a lot better and the staff could/should be more friendly.
My partner also slipped over in the shower. The shower floor sloped down and got very slippery. Luckily my partner didn’t do herself any real damage but was sore for a few days afterwards.,
