Very friendly reception. Very clean. Spacious accommodation with all amenities. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Very family friendly with lots of children. We are pensioners but the children didn’t disturb as there was plenty of room for everyone.Right on the lakeside. Beautiful!
The evening meal was expensive but the quality unfortunately didn’t match the price. However, the next restaurant we went to was no better.

The location is just perfect. A gorgeous view over the lake from the dining room (and I suppose if you've got a room with lake view). The rooms are big and I like that there's a kettle.
I would have liked to know when I booked the room that there's a surcharge of Fr. 20.00 per night for my dog. It would be nice if this was mentioned on booking.com. Also the pillow was a bit soft for my liking.

Amazing location just in front of the lake.
Amazing staff, especially the lady at the reception who was particularly attentive and willing to make our stay extra special
Beautiful breakfast buffet, probably the nicest I have seen in Switzerland for similar hotels!
