Location is absolutely unparalleled. Staff are wonderful. Breakfast is decent. Room is cozy and cute. My dogs were welcome. The restaurant next door does a lovely fondue. I like the room artwork.
The rooms are very bright with curtains closed so if you travel with kids bring a stick on black out blind. Hot air balloons and planes pass regularly which is nice to watch.

Location. Relaxing. Has its own parking, this is a bit tight but is okay.
No air conditioning, although there was a large fan in the room.

We stayed at Hotel de Gruyères for one night before hiking up Moléson and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and perfectly located for exploring the Gruyères region. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the rooms offered everything we needed for a relaxing stay before our hike. The breakfast was excellent and gave us a great start to the day. Overall, a charming hotel in a beautiful setting — an ideal base for anyone planning to visit Gruyères or hike Moléson

Fantastic location and easy to get to.
Rooms are quite compact, we had a fan which I was thankful for as it got incredibly hot in the room. Nice staff and easy check in
