Have been to Broc a few times before..
The hotel is located in the main street of Broc, with a stunning view toward the Moleson, Gruyères'castle and the airfield.
Rooms are simple but very clean.
Some have the balcony and the view toward the valley. The others are oriented to the main road.
The hotel has a gastronomic Michelin star restaurant and an incredible brasserie.
The restaurant was booked the two nights of my stay but the brasserie has an excellent level. I would recommend trying the speciality "Morilles farcies au veau" (Morille mushrooms filled with veal).
The personnel of the hotel and restaurant are very welcoming and professional.
Will come back next time , hopefully with the family, to the restaurant.

The view is incredible!! Nothing beat this. I couldn't believe my eyes when I got my room.
There is only instant coffee outside of the rooms, I could have used a in-room coffee machine for early mornings.

Beautiful view, off the beaten path
Very inconvenient parking due to massive construction in the area. No one spoke English,. If you don’t speak French, very difficult to communicate
The Restaurant was grossly overpriced and the service was slow,at best. Very disappointed in the Brassiere.
Had rooms on the third floor with no elevators , up two flights of glass stairs, difficult hauling up our suitcases.
