The price and location
It was pretty humid at night even with open windows

Value-money balance is good, yet do not expect much from it. Spacious room with enough facilities - basic, but we got everything we needed. Good location with metro just a 5-minute walk away.
The mini-hotel is in old Berlin building, the parquet floor creaked, shower water pressure was weak and its temperature was not ok. The room was also rather cold in January, and the reception was closed almost all the time.

Great location. 5 mins walk from good connecting trains.
Hotel was nice & warm considering the -9 temperatures outside.
Bathroom & room clean with a fridge & plenty of hanging for clothes.
Lovely Italian Restaurant over the road, as I arrived late it was very welcoming & open late.
Staff helpful. I was able to leave my bag for the day after checking out.
It was also quiet, so no trouble sleeping at night.
Good value with breakfast included.
Nothing too bad. Bed was quite small in my single room. (Maybe as Iam used to a large bed)

Nice area
- Uncomfortable bed, two single not fitted well together and move during sleeping. Sheet torn at gap between beds and wasn’t changed despite put the label on door to clean room
- No kettle provided
- shower water changes to hot and cold a lot during showering
- poor breakfast
- no fan or any kind of cooling system during very hot weather in June
