Staff was very friendly and professional. Room was cozy but in summer there should be a fan or something cause it was too hot in the room even whole opening the window otherwise everything was great, breakfast is also good.
There should be a water in the room if the fridge there should be great otherwise all great

Clean, confortable bed, good location -near metro station ( U7 line), and 25 min walking to 1st station Hop On-Hop Off tour; nice personnel.
Breakfast was the same everyday, not so reach , and coffee is not good; no option for capuccino.

I liked the staff, most of them they were kind and helpful
I will try to be honest
The room was not clean, the beds sheets specially , they were dirty, also the hall was not that clean
In the evening or night the light sensors barely were working, I had to use my phone flash light
Breakfast was just very very basic
The elevator is so old and small
The hotel still uses old physical keys
I think for this money it is possible to find a better hotel
