Situated in a historic building structure, this little room was originally booked for a last minute late night arrival (due to flight cancellation) to bridge the stay until the following reservation in a nearby hotel that was booked more than a year ago. But, this last minute temporary stay turned out to be comfortable in a compact but well-equipped practical room, with pleasant staff welcoming after midnight. Next morning, after a smooth check out, I headed to the originally booked larger hotel, but, for whatever the reason, the official hotel for my trip was under renovation. I quickly went back to this "temporary hotel" without any hesitation, and continued to stay in the same room for 2 more nights. It was pleasant.
Everything was pleasant. Simple, basic, practical, without any fuss, that I needed for a stressful trip. If there was additional storage space, or a shelf, it would have been wonderful.
