The proximity of the hotel the the bus station and the S-bahn station, the hotel looks nice, the bed is somehow comfortable, the room was nice and enough for one person, the staff were amazing and very helpful, the checkin and check out process was very easy, i checked in around 6 pm and the person was waiting for me there.
The bed was too soft for my taste, the absence of a garbage bin in the room, u just need to use the small bin in the bathroom, it was not something bad, just inconvenient. The breakfast was a bit boring, cheese cut, different types of ham, and some bread and jam, and corn flakes and milk, there was coffee as well and juices, but some vegetables (tomatoes or cucumbers), or some boiled eggs would have made a good variation.

The pension is beautiful, clean and the staff really kind and accommodating. The area is also great with many cafe's and restaurants nearby, and the train station to reach the city center is within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again when I'm back to Berlin!
My only suggestion would be to add a small fridge in the room, especially during the warmer summer days it would be handy to be able to store some extra water or juice bottles to stay hydrated.

Very nice experience. In an old, converted apartment in a stately building off the famous "Ku'Damm". Clean, sparse rooms, with communal breakfast room. Perfect for no-nonsense travellers who appreciate old-world charm with limited amenities. Would stay again.

Top location if you don't want to stay in the city centre but still want to stay somewhere vibrant, friendly and helpful staff, lots of shops and restaurants around, bus and train 5 min. walk
The pension was an apartment in an apartment complex, outdated interior, no outside noise but I could hear other guests going to the toilet at night, toilet and shower were somewhat in the room and not in a separate room.
