Overall it's a nice and clean hotel.
Kind and helpful receptionists.
Good location: there are a couple of tube stations within 8/9 minutes walk.
The room is fairly spacious, comes with a desk and wardrobe. I liked the blackout curtains, they were allowing me to rest well at night. The hotel comes with towels and a hand, hair and body soap. A kettle with tea + coffee is provided in the room.
You can request a plug free of charge in case you don't have one.
The hotel is accessible, there's a lift that takes you to the upper floors.
My favourite thing about my stay was the breakfast: so many handmade spreads available. Nut spread, egg salad, salmon cream, peanut butter, different types of marmalade. There were different types of cereals available, bread rolls, hot food (scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, sometimes fried meat balls or pancakes). Overall very generous breakfast. Breakfast slightly different everyday too. Breakfast area is lovely too.
They can clean your room everyday as long as you let them know.
There is a sauna, but I didn't use it. I think it's 15/20 euros.
There was no bedside table.
For a couple of nights, my bathroom got flooded while taking a shower. The second night this happened, some black stuff came out from the bottom of the shower, it was quite gross (pictures attached)
The toilet is next to the radiator which makes using it quite uncomfortable.
WiFi is quite slow on the 6th floor.
Would be nice if the hotel provided some slippers.
Some noise coming from the corridor, but not a huge deal for me.
There's no fridge in the bedroom, nor a safe.

Breakfast experience overall very poor, no gym despite advertised, pay for having use of fridge in room, no safety deposit box in room.
