Beautiful spacious room and private balcony, very quiet, lovely breakfast
Only one thing was slightly broken, you probably know already but the window curtains were quite difficult to slide open and closed. Not really a big deal though

The location is great! We had stayed a couple days in the St. Mark’s area and preferred this location (Cannaregio) much more. It’s quieter and less touristy but still close to the top attractions and with lots of nearby restaurants that we enjoyed. It’s also very close to an Alilaguna stop(4 min walk).
The hosts were very helpful (both before and during our stay) and the room large and comfortable. Our room had a balcony which we enjoyed sitting on for our tea / coffee (provided via the kettle and room supplies).
We would definitely recommend this property to others.
The only negative is that the shower wasn’t the best - it was hand-held which is fine but the wall attachment didn’t hold it in a good spot. This was a minor issue and we were still very happy with our room.

The location was within easy walking distance to waterway and train transportation. It was also located in the heart of the Venetian cusisine and shopping. Not to far from the main attractions but conveniently located jsust outside of the most commercial areas. Anna was fantastic!!
Didn't have both a bath and a shower, minor complaint.

Location is good! It was clean.
They advertise air conditioning but when we informed them it wasn’t working, they stated it was turned off for the season. It was extremely warm in the room. No fans. They informed us to open the windows so we did and the mosquitoes were terrible. And there was no airflow.
