The place was clean. The bus station close. It was nice to have found a place to have a place in Florence to park the car.
The bed could have been a little more comfortable...

Room was very big, equipped with kitchen and everything.
The terrace for the entire building was also very useful
To be honest, it could be specified better that the terrace is shared

There was no daily cleaning visit by housekeeping. Towels are supposed to be changed every three days (this was known from the start). The room had a very stinging smell. The location of the apartment is far from the center.
Good response in communication from the host. She was always very fast in response but did not do anything to solve the stinging smell issue in the apartment.
