We stayed here for 4 nights in late August. Room was huge with King size bed plus another sofa bed for my kiddo. Bathroom was very big. The AC was working fine although it was limited automatically.
Hotel was a bit far from the Island of Ortigia but we still went on foot everyday (1,5 km). On the flip side, hotel is located in front of the Archeological Park, the Madonna Della Lacrima cathedral and the Catacombs.
Breakfast was served right next to the pool and had a huge variety of local products and more continental options.
Dinner was not amazing but it is a good, affordable option if you are too tired to go out.
Pool was a bit too small and would get overcrowded but it was very clean and treated with salt (which is better for kids)

Nothing really however a circa 30 minute walk to Ortigia.

The Pool, comfortable rooms, a typical business type hotel. The car park was available at all times which was handy.
Air conditioning kept on cutting out which was annoying. There was a musty smell in the room. The spa was not free for guests to use.
