מלון נעים ונוח מיקום מצוין. תשתדלו לא להזדקק לפקידי הקבלה

חדר נפלא. מרווח נוח. גדול עם מרפסת. נקי מאוד

הצוות בקבלה לא מקצועי. מידע מטעה, לא הייתה מפה, הזמנת מונית לפנות בוקר לשדה התעופה כנראה לא נעשתה למרות שסוכם. חוסר סבלנות.

Strongly recommended.

Location was perfect. Close to many stores, restaurants and transport and a stone's throw from Nowy Swiat. Room was so spacious that we felt as if we were at home. Hotel, as a whole, met our all expectations. Kitchen was equipped sufficiently so we cooked our meals. And lastly the staff was very kind and helpful. They provided any assistance we asked for.

Furniture needs some repair.

Tolle Zimmer, tolles Personal, tolle Lage - Frühstück verbesserungswürdig.

Zimmer war sensationell; Upgrade auf eine Suite im 5. Stock; großartig!

Frühstück - das Restaurant ist in die Jahre gekommen und das Frühstück wird auf sehr kleinem Platz präsentiert. Schade.

Täällä haluaisin oleilla pidempään.

Erinomainen sijainti, rauhallinen mutta keskeinen. Ympäristön kadut ovat pienimittakaavaisia, sopivasti kivjalkaliikkeitä ja monenlaisia ravintoloita. Yliopiston läheisyys tuo positiivista elävyyttä.

Fajna miejscówka w dobrym towarzystwie...

Spory apartament. Miał wszystko co trzeba, aby przez kilka dni zapewnić sobie odpowiednie miejsce.

Cóż - to prawie ścisłe centrum miasta, trudno tam znaleźć spokojne miejsce, bo wszędzie mrowie ludzi. Nocami wydzierający się pijacy na ulicy, to coś na co właściciele tego obiektu, nie mają wpływu. Takie uroki życia w centrum. Mieszkam w spokojnej okolicy, więc przeszkadzało mi to, ale rozumiem, że z tym nic się nie zrobi.

Excellent place to stay , handy to most of Warsaw’s attractions

Well located large apartment style rooms with kitchen and sitting area. Staff were very helpful.

Although parking was free it was very tight.

Amazing location near mall, other stores and even trains and buses. Really helpful staff who even offers an umbrella when it rains and really are kind. The room was amazing as well. Everything was really clean and it was spatious.

Nice hotel in the centre of the city. The room is really big, there is everything you may need there: well equipped kitchen, 2 toilet rooms, very good bed, a machine for making coffee.

Excellent place to stay in Warsaw!

Location is excellent! We came to Warsaw just before Christmas, so everything was going to be closed… Biedronka store is just near the hotel, so we bought everything needed…and didn’t use the hotel restaurant, we have done breakfasts by ourself in the room, and it was very good.

Nice apart hotel in the city center , friendly staff, very comfortable bed, spacious room, equipped kitchen, two toilets in the larger rooms, elevator/lift, safe. Nice location: lots of cafes, supermarkets and shipping points, 15 mins walk from underground/metro station, 15 min walk from central railway station

there was no mirror fir make up, and the lighting in the bathroom was not good fir that, either!!! and no other space for that in the room. most of the rooms I stayed in your hotel has bad lighting in the bathroom and no make up mirror… also I found the stuff from the restaurant to be quite unpleasant…

Openable windows (skylights) only in the bedroom, fixed glass in living room, only. No big deal, but it would be nice to get some fresh air there
