The breakfast was great as was the restaurant for dinner
They charged us twice for city tax, however did provide a refund after I had made it known. The extra bed should have been made up before they gave us the key.

Spacious, comfortable room. Close to the airport (about a 10 min free shuttle ride). Room well stocked with towels, shower gels, lotion etc.
Reception was busy so there was always a queue to speak to reception / checking in / out.

All perfect, from staff to the facilities, and linked in a very amazing way to the airport, I would say is the perfect hotel to stay when you have a flight
Nothing to report, except maybe that instructions for reaching the departures from the arrival needs to be updated, there is a “please don’t cross this line? at the airport if we follow their instructions, not a big deal, you just need to use an alternative door

Reception good
Staff very slow, particularly bar staff and inattentive.
We were given a lesser room than King Grand twin with a double bed rather than twin beds
