The location was great! Also the size of room with the connecting door was wonderfu. Breakfast was very rich in variety and where able to accomidate our allergies needs. The staff was very polite, friendy, professional and assisted in every question or need that came up. We highly reccomend this hotels for other travelers.
In the bathroomwas there was a constant smell of sewage. The trash can at the bathroom was old and looked bit up. The paint on the faucet was chipped. No restroom in the lobby of the hotel. Otherwise great hotel, staff and location.

The location is good. The staff members, specifically Lilian at the reception was great.
I was very disappointed in the hotel. The rooms were not well cleaned. There was some trash on the floor (price tags,..etc), hair in the toilet, and on the bed. Surfaces were dusty. As soon as I got in, I tried to cancel and switch hotels, but unfortunately, I couldn’t as I booked a non refundable rate. I had the house keeping team reclean the room again, and I helped too. Although the hotel is in a great location, but there was construction in front of it, it was very very difficult for cars to reach the hotel, when we want to order Uber or anything. The house keeping is not good at all, and rooms were not clean. I would not stay in it again. However, Ms. Lilian at the reception was great, she contained our anger and offered us compensation for our dissatisfaction with the room cleanliness.
