Kitchen in room with appliances, and of course for families like 2 bed apartment, amazing that accommodation includes tickets 2 parks!

It was a good stay, we booked with the park tickets included and had no problems. They gave us the wristbands on check-in and told us that there was a shuttle. For anyone needing the shuttle, on the way back to the hotel, you do not need to cross the road they will pick you up by the taxi stops.
The room was good, the bed was very comfortable. It was very spacious and I knew it wasnt a smart tv so I brought an hdmi cable.
The breakfast was good, had plenty of variety and was tasty.
Do not book the dinner. It was like a kids meal every night. The food itself was poor quality, and little variety. You would be better suited buying outside the hotel. Each night there was a choice of meat (twice it was the same dry chicken steaks) and a choice of fish. Always had burgers (very poor quality) and pizza (also poor quality). The soup was like those from the powder packets. And always had fries. Only 1 night had some rice. There was frozen mix veg boiled and some pasta with sauce. It was very disappointing, especially after how much it was and the variety at breakfast.
Otherwise, the less great notes were that for a 4 star hotel, it's a bit lacking. They don't even have a little bottle of water in the room. Our room had a bit of a leak in the ceiling where there was some water drops. And it is not very soundproof, if there is a noise outside the room, you will hear it. Not much of a problem at night but in the morning with kids yelling it's not nice. The little fridge also doesn't really work so if you want to keep drinks cold for the next day, there's nothing really you can do.

Location was superb. Aldi/lidl, supercharger, train station to Barcelona, PortAventura and the beach are close by (only a few mins of driving).
Breakfast included, dinner is optional for a fair amount.
Parking opportunity.
The staff in the dining area are super nice and polite and cleaning chairs, tables all the time.
While they aimed to solve our issue, it only happened on the last night of our stay (4 nights). We were freezing, AC was off but it still felt cold during the night (opening window would mean road noise coming in more due to street facing room) and it turned out that there were not enough blankets in the hotel for all guests..
Half of the reception staff were not speaking English well though they definitely thought the opposite so communication was not the best..
