We only had one flight of stairs
Ants all over room
We had no air-conditioning for 90% of stay. Cleaner explained you need to put card in air-conditioning, we weren't told this when we got there. Card slot was hidden away. Got one day aircon.
No entertainment
One beer on draft.
Shower was cold for lot of the time.
