Great location, up a hill but central to everything otherwise. Excellent choice of foods at breakfast which was tasty overall. Hotel in general has a pleasant feel.
The room although small was tasteful and had everything we needed.
Booked a "superior" room here on booking.com which is actually just a standard room with a slither of a sea view when you lean out of the balcony. I presumed the rooms would be better than standard in some way but apparently not.
Breakfast doesn't start till 8 which we thought was quite late but we are early risers.
Most days our "clean" towels had some sort of stain of them. Not dirty but again not really a 4 star hotel feel.

Room comfortable. Good size with adequate storage.
Excellent shower.
Good view over bay from balcony (room 412).
Breakfast, good selection. Busy at times but staff worked hard & coped well.
Pool area was great. Pool deeper than for most hotels. Always managed to get a sunbed.
Free cold water dispenser in bar very handy.
Only bought one lunch which was good. Prices reasonable.
Great location apart from the pesky hills.
Reception staff very friendly & helpful.
Aircon in room not great. Just about kept room cool enough at lowest temperature & highest fan speed. Quiet enough not to disturb sleep. Did report but hotel staff stated is was working fine.
Having to pay extra for the safe. Always annoys us.

The location
Breakfast was nice
People in reception were nice
The separation of the two balconies in the Family rooms, the extra cost of everything…safety box, parking, pool tables…and so on…Air condition in Family room only reach part of the room where the kids were freezing but the coolong did not reach the master bed. No furnitures to sit on in the room exept the beds.
Garden was veru quiet.
