Lovely hotel really modern and big balcony , great air conditioning
They do supply a kettle but didn’t leave tea bags or coffee

The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. There was a great variety for breakfast - cooked breakfast, continental, fruits, pastries, omelette station. The location was perfect, easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach.
The coffee was not great in the machine at breakfast. There was no additional blankets/quilts in the room; with the aircon on it got quite cold. The pool is quite small for the size of the hotel and we struggled to get loungers as people queued early to get them.

Excellent location to get to main strip where all the bars and restaurants are.
Plana bus store located opposite hotel so great access to local buses to get into Cambrils, Tarragona & Barcelona. We even used the Reus airport bus to get back to the airport after our holiday for €3.60 each!
Hotel room was small but perfectly ok for a weeks holiday. We had a balcony on the opposite side to the pool area and got the sun in the late afternoon and evening.
We only had breakfast in the hotel but were happy with the variety of food offered - omlettes, pancakes, fresh bread, cereals, fresh fruit etc.
Reception staff were always very friendly and helpful.
Only 2 lifts one of which was out of order for part of our trip - very busy during peak times. Luckily we were on level 3 so it was ok to walk up and down occasionally.
We didnt use the pool area as it was just too busy but the outside bar area was nice to sit in having a drink.

Good sized rooms, good location, very clean. Food was varied so you had some different options every night but also good for the fussy eaters.
Wasn’t allowed out to the terrace until 10am. There was a queue every morning that started around 8:40 so that people could go and get their sunbeds. When the door was opening by staff, everyone ran like they were in a stampede to get their sunbeds. Never seen anything like it… Some bar and morning cleaning staff were very rude and liked to shout and argue with guests. But the reception staff were very good helping with these issues.
