The sea view room was perfect

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The view was beautiful, and I would definitely say it’s worth paying a little extra for a sea-view room. The food was delicious and varied, with something to suit every taste, and the desserts were especially great.
The entertainment team was fantastic, and the kids’ shows every evening were a big hit. Our room was spacious, with two large beds, and it was clean and comfortable.
The beach side was so close to the hotel and so clean.
There were a few things that could definitely be improved. First, the location is quite far from the airport, around an hour and a half by car, which can be tiring, especially after a long flight.
The swimming pool was far too small for the number of guests. It was difficult to find a spot, and people were almost competing for sunbeds. Since the hotel has a beautiful beach, it would be great if more facilities were arranged there as well, such as drinks, snacks, or a proper beach service.
Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment for us was the staff in the dining area. There were some very hardworking and friendly employees, but others were not professional at all. If you wanted a drink, you were sometimes passed from one person to another instead of being served. There was also a lot of gossiping among the staff, which did not create a professional atmosphere. Whoever is managing the dining area should definitely pay more attention to this and improve the organization and teamwork.
The rooms were cleaned, but the cleaning was often done quite late in the day, around 1–2 PM, when guests may be trying to rest. Having more cleaning staff could help solve this issue.
The drinks and cocktails at the bar were also quite basic and limited.
Finally, the hotel was quite noisy until around midnight every evening. You could hear the entertainment and other noise clearly from the room, so unfortunately, it wasn’t the best choice for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday.
