Zona tranquila y ambiente familiar

Buena ubicación para acceder a algunas calas y relativamente cerca del paseo de Salou. Zona tranquila. Ambiente familiar. El buffet es bastante completo, aunque las bebidas de la cena tienes que pagarlas aparte. No sé si será lo mismo a la hora de la comida porque solo obtuvimos media pensión.

La recepcionista no tenía muy buena actitud. Le comentamos que el sistema no nos dejó pagar con tarjeta para recibir la copa de cava a cambio y simplemente lo ignoró. No se mostraba para nada receptiva. Una sonrisa para recibir a los huéspedes no estaría de más. Las instalaciones son muy antiguas, aunque parecen limpias. La cama un poco dura pero para mí está bien. Creo que aunque no está mal de precio, podrían invertir un poco en él para que sea mejor.

Repetir pero sin pensión completa!!

Ubicación, la cena poca variedad mucho dulce... Piscina bien Atención al cliente fria y poco reconfortante. Animación del hotel de 10.

Comidas poca variedad y repetición. Mucho dulce en comparación con comida. Limpiexa espacios de paso general.

Nice stay....but????

Pool ,very clean rooms and adults only rooftop terrace.( although staff turned a blind eye...if you were spanish) food was ok always something you can eat .

When we were there,large group of Spanish children on school trip,very noisy keeping people awake...running up an down corridor throwing stuff from room to room,playing loud music,when we complained,as many others did, staff just shrugged and said phone 9 on telephone,and security....which never saw.....Will attend,we stated 5 nights ,and for at least 3 of those....there were complaints about them. Maybe limit group bookings to a certain number....or better still.....get staff/security to actually do something about it!!! Pity as they seemed to spoil it for most of guests I spoke to .

Old and tired, in need of renovation.

Location near to great beaches of cap du salou. English satellite TV channels, reception staff made an extra effort.

Old tired decor, poor variety of food, long queues at restaurant, no free tap water offered with evening meal. Place felt old and tired , in need of a total renovation.

The location was fine although a steep walk to the beach, breakfast was very good, staff friendly.

The view from our room 5th floor was nice. Access to the breakfast and pool bar.

perfect for short journey, close to everything breakfast sets u up for the day, but have to eat elsewhere as lunch and d

I liked the cleanliness and the helpful of staff, daily cleans and new towels, the breakfast was good

The Wi-Fi didn’t work, the dinner was horrendous not edible and feel like because u paid up front u weren’t entitled to complain, I didn’t like the fact there was no fridge to store things in however at the price it’s acceptable not to have this.

Breakfast was the best meal and location was good .

Choice of food at lunch and dinner plus it was always cold which is perhaps how they eat meals in that part of Spain

Disappointing

The location of the hotel is very good Breakfast is ok, but not exceptional.

The room is very poor, and very old furniture, uncomfortable beds. Breakfast is organised in tournaments, and it is not open before 8:00AM, which is a little bit late Hotel parking is disproportionately expensive The WiFi is totally unusuable

It was uncomfortable

the pool was ok, they had evening shows which was alright as well. the wifi is terrible, does not work. the room is old and ancient. the bed was very uncomfortable. it was a spring bed.

The worst liers on booking.com

Lies on the booking.com listing

So bad I had to refund it but they wouldn't let me! First of all we want to congratulate the photographer for the great job and take such nice pictures for the hanger that was there. A real DECEPTION, has nothing to do with the photos. A few keys that we needed a backpack for them on our own, the bathroom older than my grandmother's great grandmother's, a disaster. Having no parking, parking there is an adventure that lasts at least an hour. You hear EVERYTHING that happens in the rooms on the sides. Absolutely disgraceful attitude of the service, these people will try to robe you out of your money. One hour in I knew I had to get out. I contacted booking but they asked me to wait. I stayed for 2 days, lost my money and booked another hotel. Stay away. If you book this booking.com will not help you out and will try to please the hotel with a offer they like.

the hotel is in cap salou which is a little bit out from salou town but the reception team are amazing at ordering taxis.

Fabulous cheap hotel, just a bit noisy

Fantastic location, friendly atmosphere, reasonably priced

Noise seems to carry a long way so you'll hear what your fellow guests are up to all around...take some ear plugs and you'll be fine 😉 Also bring your own shower gel and shampoo

On the whole our holiday was perfect.

Room plus balcony were exceptional as were the cleaners,staff on reception & in the restaurant were wonderful.The only problem was that there is metal on the base of of one of the beds near the door. There is little room to walk past as there is a table & mirror there & my left toes hit on a number of occassions, tend to forget it when you get up in the night it was painful & bleeding & bruised for a few days I wrapped a small towel round the base & eventually swapped sides with hubby. Many thanks for a lovely holiday in your lovely country.

Apart from the bed !! it was a wonderful holiday.

Entertainment for kids was very good and the man doing it was fantastic with the kids and smiling all the time, kids loved it. The lady called Peytra in the bar was very friendly and very kind to all kids, she was always smiling and cleaning outside as well. The all inclusive service was very well run, ignore all the bad reviews about it, you give in a card to receive a drink, when you return your glass or 2 glasses you could get another 2 drinks, no big queues and cocktails all spirits beers included on it. Food was very well varied with something different every night and alot of desserts to choose from. From a few Spanish people we met in dining room and hotel, they are very rude, they push past and jump queues and are very loud (not the staff ). There is food available during the day for all inclusive guests. We used it a fee times at 3pm when didn't feel like lunch at 1 but the women in there were not nice, they looked at us in a horrible way and made us feel uncomfortable. It felt like they didnt want us in there as they'd have to clean after us but we never left our table untidy any day or night we always piled up our dishes and left at end of table before we left. Pool lovely and shop with fresh baked goods 2 min walk, lovely private beach 3 min walk and bus stop 2 min walk that brings you into salou or portaventura for €2.20. Its mandatory to wear masks on bus which we felt strange as they pile people on so they are jammed together and standing up. Maybe that's why they can't remove masks yet, even in portaventura you need a mask to go on rides OUTSIDE and to order food outsidd which we felt very strange. Enjoyed our holiday but hotel needs drastic updating.

The walls in the rooms are wafer thin, you could hear peoples conversations next door and in the mornings kids were awake early as beds moving and doors banging so loudly

Very classic Spanish hotel with very friendly staff and a big comfy room!

The big bedroom and the balcony! Breakfast was good value for the price. Beds are very comfortable, slept very well. Amazing clim that worked perfectly.

It may be “old fashioned” for some, not so up to date.
