Fantastic central location,in the main strip in a 2 minute walk down a slope.always found a sunbed which was great,no getting up a stupid o’clock as the pool area isn’t open until 10am. Very comfortable spacious rooms

I love the laid back vibe in the hotel. I love the friendly and attentive staff. I like the fact that the maids can be trusted and I love the fact that Cristobal always went out of his way to make my daughter feel like a princess. He is so good with all of the children in the dining area and all of the adults too. He's a fantastic host. We were very sad when leaving the hotel yesterday as it feels like an extension of our own home now. The staff always treat us very well and are always incredibly respectful. No matter what we needed, it was provided instantly. Thank you, sincerely. You guys helped make our time in Salou very memorable.
There's not really anything that I didn't like. It wasn't my first stay at the Best San Francisco and it most likely won't be my last. I knew exactly what I was getting when I booked our latest stay. The food isn't to mine or most other British guests taste but that's ok because it works for a lot of the other European guests. The rooms and bathrooms are beginning to look well used, a little bit dated and in need of refitting but they are still very clean and functional spaces for a family of three to live in for a week or two.

Excellent location, very clean.
Room card was deactivated before midday had to go back to reception twice to get it fixed.

Entertainment only suitable for Spanish including kids entertainment
Food was same daily not much choice and only just warm under heat lamps not hot plates
