Location was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious for two people but it might be a squeeze for any more.
The lifts were constantly breaking down and people were getting stuck. They were also very hot without Aircon so getting stuck would have been awful. We had b&b options...there was plenty of choice and I'm not a fussy eater but honestly very little that I enjoyed....went out for breakfast a couple of times..pool was really small and always full... around the pool somewhere viators left a lot of mess...I had to clear a mess in order to sit ...I know that staff cleared at the end of the day but didn't see this happening throughout the day ..

Staff were lovely, very clean. Food was delicious. Lots of choice, something for everyone! Hotel 5 minute walk from beach.
The pool was small for the hotel. Music not very relaxing.

Bedrooms were comfortable, basic but clean and was quiet location.
The reception staff were very rude any time we had to make enquiries, they stated it wasn’t their problem and the manager was never there but the staff never took our name or room number etc to pass on messages to the manager. They were very young. The sun loungers were awful. The pool area was so crowded. The food area was like a canteen, bright lights, in the basement. The drink included was awful.
