We had an early check out time to catch a flight in Barcelona and the kitchen staff were very helpful by opening the breakfast restaurant early for us. Good value cocktails.
Pool area is a little tired but clean and fine for our stay. The process to get into the underground car park was a little confusing but perhaps I didn't listen to the instructions well enough!

Good location really close to everything on the strip. Good choice of food at lunch and dinner. Most staff were extremely friendly especially the bar staff. Great choice of sangria, beer, soft drinks and wine on offer in the restaurant.
The air conditioning in both rooms did not work at all resulting in needing to leave windows open. This meant it was real hot each night. Some interactions with reception (later in evening) the staff were less than courteous.
The entertainment was a little poor on occasion. There was super entertainment some nights however this only really highlighted how poor the entertainment was on other nights eg one night the entertainment was solely a short game of Bingo. I expected more from a 4 star hotel.
