We had an amazing stay at this hotel and couldn’t fault the experience. From the moment we arrived the staff welcomed us with open arms. Everyone was incredibly friendly, polite and always happy to help (especially Cristian and Erika)
The hotel was clean with spacious bedrooms that were kept spotless throughout our stay.
The pool area was fantastic. It was large and very clean, with day beds available at reception, which were perfect for relaxing. The lifeguard (Rodger) was especially kind, friendly and attentive making the pool area feel safe.
The reception desk being open 24hours was also a huge bonus and the staff were always kind and polite. In the evenings there was a great variety of entertainment available so there was always something to enjoy. The choice of drinks was great with a great choice of food throughout our stay. The staff especially Niorge was helpful and welcoming in the dining room.
The location was perfect for us. It’s a lovely, quiet, beachfront hotel with exceptional views. It’s only around a five minute walk to a local shop and approximately a ten minute walk to restaurants/bars. The taxi journey into Salou was around fifteen minutes, making it easy to explore the area while still being able to enjoy the peace and quiet of the hotel. You also have the option of getting the bus to numerous places ( Barcelona/Valencia) which is located at the top of the road.
Overall the hotel really does have everything you need for an amazing stay. The beautiful location, fantastic views, cleanliness, excellent facilities and generally lovely staff made our holiday so enjoyable.
The only negative would be the availability of the day beds as these are limited to guests who have junior suits. I recommend that if they are not needed they are available for other guests.

We had a wonderful peaceful 4 nights stay at the Hotel. The staff were amazing and always so helpful. We enjoyed the pool area and the nightly entertainment. The rooms are really spacious with 2 double beds and great balcony views. A/C very good. A really nice quiet location and frequent bus services very close by.
Food choice, although the food was nice we struggled with the range of choices each day as we found it very repetitive.
