Would definitely stay again if in Barcelona

A good-sized, well-presented and equipped room. Great breakfast options. Staff friendly and helpful. Was able to easily book a massage. Good location - close to attractions and a short walk from a couple of stations.

Website said 3pm check in but booking.com and message said 4pm - perhaps make these in line with one another. Did not really affect me, however, as my room was ready when I arrived.

Hotel super bem localizado, próximo de vários pontos turísticos, com aspecto novo e moderno, quarto confortável, café da manhã maravilhoso e funcionários atenciosos.

Não teve nada que não tenha gostado. Esse hotel vale muito a pena.

Well placed and comfy.

A lovely short walk to the main train station or metro. Very effective heat pumps even with the heatwave. Comfy beds and clean bathroom.

Nothing that jumps to mind that's worth mentioning.

A pleasant place to have a deep sleep and have a breakfast.

Great location, clean rooms, nice and polite staff. Great breakfast.

The shower gel was just same liquid soap used elsewhere. The shampoo and the liquid soap left an unpleasant oily layer on the skin.

Convenient location close to the train station and Placa D'Espanya

- We chose this hotel for our last night in Spain/Barcelona. We were coming in by train and leaving the next day by plane. The hotel is close to the Barcelona Sants train station and Placa d'Espanya (one of the stops for the Aerobus to El Prat airport). There are lots of restaurants in the area. - The air conditioning and WiFi worked great. We had plenty of hot water.

Highly recommend. Great location, v.near to train station for easy day trips into Barcelona.

The staff were very helpful and polite. They all spoke english, which was appreciated. One morning we missed breakfast and a member of staff went out of his way to make us a coffee and bring pastries. Our suitcase broke whilst we were on our trip, which we replaced. They kindly took the broken suitcase for disposal. Our room was made up every day and it was lovely to come in from a day out to a fresh room.

We made our room booking through booking.com. On arrival to the hotel we were charged city tax, which I paid. When I got to our room and checked my booking.com receipt, I realised we had already paid this through booking.com prior to arrival. The Reception staff did eventually accept this and gave me a refund (although it was £4.00 short).

Very friendly, clean, and in a perfect location to explore Barcelona

The staff in this hotel is exceptionally friendly! I enjoyed the good service at the reception and at the hotel bar a lot! In addition, the hotel is very clean and in a perfect area of Barcelona if you want to be in the city center but somewhere a little bit more quiet!

There is nothing to dislike.

Reasinable Price Great Location Average Overall

The room was big. The location is fabulous. You can walk to 3 Line of the Metro, L1; L3; L5, and quickly get through the city. There is a supermarket just opposite the hotel. National Art Museum is walkable from the hotel with around 17 mins on foot. The price is reasonable considering the location.

The staff were not very friendly. Some are good, but many are not and seem to look down on us as if we are East Asians. Even though it is in a good location, it can be too quiet to go out late at night. The elevator cannot be closed manually; thus, you must wait until it is automatically closed. The room is not new, has dim lighting, and no USB charging. There is a TV but not a smart TV. It was a typical local TV. You must step into the bath tab to shower, which might not be suitable for old people. The view was not good at all. We can see people hanging their clothes from the window, which was unpleasant. It is not a big hotel—just around 15 rooms on each floor.

Globaly satisfying but a bit disappointing for a 4 stars hotel

The staff was very pleasant und helpfull. The room was clean and everting was working. No noise from the street.

For a 4 stars hotel, I was surprise to find an empty fridge, no coffee machine nor kettle with teas. Also I didn't use the safe due to the need to use my credit card ! I prefer the old machine with a code, safer in terms of personal data protection.

All the things there was all right. Bathroom, beds. Breakfast was fresh tasty with variety of choice. One of the best thing was a location. Two of Metro lines in range of 5minut walk.

If I would know I would go for more TV channels. They have more in a lobby than in a room.
