The entire experience was awesome. The facility itself was clean and cheerful. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The included breakfast buffet was extensive. The most impressive aspect of our stay was the staff. Everyone, and I mean everyone, was pleasant and helpful. A special shout out goes for Jessica. As first time visitors to Barcelona we were clueless and we had many questions. She was very patient, completely knowledgeable and treated us like a trusted friend. Her restaurant suggestions were spot on. I wish someone like Jessica greeted us at every hotel we visited. Visiting Barcelona was a fantastic experience and the Via Sants hotel stay contributed to that experience.

Perfect location as a stop over between train travels, picked specifically as it’s a hotel brand I can trust and feel safe as a solo traveller but also because it had a rooftop area to unwind.

Location close to main train station and halal restaurant
Very bad breakfast, scrambled eggs are very hard and dry difficult to eat. The Vegetables are not fresh. Finished items are not replaced. Very limited breakfast. I complained to the hotel manager but no improvement next day.
