Perfect location for us. Safe, quiet and close to parks and shopping. The 2 bed apartment was spacious.
The place is quite run down. Peeling paint, wobbly tables, broken tiles on the balcony, shower that was hard to control temperature on. Sofas were not very comfortable and it was very dark everywhere even when all the lights were on. It needs a big upgrade ti feel lux. That said we thought the value was good for the area and the two bedrooms.
