Location is right in the city center.
There was a sudden blackout that affected the entire apartment, leaving all rooms completely without power. I called the front desk, and a woman assured me that a technician was on the way. After an hour of waiting, nobody showed up, and the front desk completely stopped answering my phone calls.
We were left in the dark with zero support until guests from another room finally located the main breaker box and reset the power for us. We had to solve the hotel's infrastructure problem ourselves. Absolutely terrible service and a complete lack of responsibility.
