The staff were really helpful and friendly. We only booked the hotel after our flight got cancelled so turned up very late with two tired kids. The staff did a great job of welcoming us and getting us settled for the night as soon as possible. Unfortunately didn't stay long enough to use some of the other facilities but breakfast was excellent.

Stylish hotel and great location for a nice walk into central Palma. Breakfast excellent and all staff so friendly and helpful. Great Palma city stay hotel.
Pool closed at 6pm and as stayed in October would have been nice to use indoor pool and sauna till later after a busy day sightseeing. Went in the day and no towels and only toilets to change in and no lockers.
