Aceptable pero muy decepcionados

1) La cama era cómoda. 2) Se aparcaba bien y gratuitamente por la zona (andando al centro són unos 20 minutos). 3) El desayuno estaba bastante completo aunque muy repetitivo. 4) El hotel en sí era bonito. 5) Recepción fué amable con nosotros. 6) La limpieza de 10

1) La habitación necesita una reforma. Cortinas agujereadas, baño con baldosas sueltas, bañera hidromasaje con bastantes años y que no funcionaba, la cisterna no tiraba apenas agua... no era una habitación digna de un 4 estrellas. 2) Un técnico entró sin permiso a nuestra habitación para mirar el WiFi mientras dormiamos la siesta y de nuevo, al día siguiente otras dos personas entraron a la habitación (mientras estábamos fuera) para hacer unas tareas de mantenimiento. Cuando llegamos de la playa y los vi dentro, les pedí amablemente que salieran de la habitación y dejó la escalera y la puerta abierta por lo que me tuve que cambiar en el baño. Muy decepcionados. Nos quejamos en recepción pero no recibimos más que una sencilla disculpa del trabajador (la cuál agradecemos). Cuando pagas por una habitación quieres privacidad y 0 molestias. Si hay que hacer tareas de mantenimiento mejor asignarnos otra habitación...

Arty break

Good location (easy bus route or walk along the marina/sea front - about 1.3km from the Cathedral area); big room with air con; really good breakfast and outside eating space); very welcome rooftop plunge pool; indoor spa; loads of art around; perfect for an off-season (early October) - and therefore quiet - break.

Location was good and the hotel itself ws pretty interesting.

There was no hairdrier in my room.

Nice large room for 3. Clean and comfortable.

The roof top pool is a lot smaller than it looks in photos. More of a plunge pool but still a nice spot for a bit of sunbathing.

Lovely hotel

Stunning hotel filled with beautiful art. Very convenient to Cathderal and center. Great selection of tasty food for buffet breakfast at good value. Helpful staff

For one night with a 1.5 year a Sunday to Monday was OK. Room doors are a problem

Friendly staff Close to center (if you are not afraid to walk a bit) Just in front of the port Nice and original public parts of the hotel Terrasse SPa we didn't try tried (1 day stay)

The rooms decoration is outdated especially furniture. Not corresponding to public spaces The room was on 1st floor few on the terrasse. A Sunday not nosy but there are only tick curtains. Or you don't have day light or you have everyone watching in the room. Consider putting transparent curtains. The front door of the room is just a an accessory. You can hear everything! there's 2 cm space between the door and the floor. Old carton doors 0 soundproof. You can hear everything from the bar situated at 0,5 floor. This is for me the biggest issue.

A very calming environment to be based from, a short walk to restaurants and marinas.

The room was clean and very comfortable, the wifi was good and the restaurant was good

The gym ideally would have a bit more equipment and be open from 0600

Would have been perfect but for the air con issue

Really quirky and great bar

Air con did not work and it was 34 degrees. Told reception 3 times but didn’t get fixed

Great boutique hotel, with great staff.

Great room with air-con - would have died otherwise. Loved the art exhibits - and art wall: made the place more than just a hotel. Food is good too :-)

Overall a good base to explore Palma, nice hotel with helpful staff, rooms good with nice outlook.

OK central enough but a bit overpriced

Comfy beds, good shower and plenty of hot water.

Not quite central and the area around it OK but not really great. It was expensive for what was a very standard room

Great stay, good location and very clean.

Fast, friendly service. Arranged Taxi's promptly and they only took a couple of minutes to arrive.

The pictures of the outdoor pool are a little deceiving as it is only a small square more like a plunge pool.

It really good location of the hotel. Employers are so kind and nice, always ready to help. Bar from hotel is also really cool.

Highly recommended for a stay in Palma.

Very confortable rooms, great breakfast, and very kind and helpful staff. The spa facilities are also an asset.

Minor things: there are no coffee or tea making facilities in the room and the location is 20-30’ walk from the city center.

I really enjoyed my stay!

It's a wonderful hotel, fantastic staff, nice big room, and the pool facilities were great. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay, worth the money.

The gym machines need some maintenance and it would be good to have instructions for some of the machines in there. It was noisy at night, I could hear loud music but not sure where it came from it was a Tuesday night.
