Excellent location just a little away from the centre of Palma (5/10 minute walk), large rooms and very clean throughout the hotel. Pool was a great addition especially in the July heat. Had a drink in the bar downstairs on the terrace - staff were very friendly and prices reasonable for a hotel bar.
I used the pool and it was great although smaller than pictures make it look but perfect for a cool down. I was under the impression that there was a pool bar but there is just a phone to call downstairs and this came with a €3 euro service charge. As a solo traveller, I wasn't going to spend +€3 on top of the price of drink for just one drink as this essentially doubles the price. I just brought a couple of my own drinks to the swimming pool the next day.

It is a museum hotel, the artistic vibes were breathtaking! We rent a 4 beds with my siblings, it was very comfortable to have 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 big sofa, 1 private balcony, and the pool and the spa.. very very nice. The staff of the bar as the receptionnists were very Nice too! and the location of the hotel really makes our life easier to enjoy a city holiday in Palma: bus, groceries, bar, night club, etc.
Just be careful about ants and food on the floor, but it is common everywhere in Mallorca, so it is not specific of this hotel, the everyday cleaning staff is emptying our bins, so put all the waste together everyday and it should be okay

The property is lovely, the beds are comfortable and the air conditioning very reliable. The ambience around the place is relaxed and that is comforting when on a holiday.
The jet stream didn’t work in the bath. The bedside lamps dimmed view didn’t work. The staff at reception initially grilled me a little - and it felt somewhat unwelcoming. The room we were allocated I think was wrong for the price point. I ate at the restaurant and my curry was a soup that had a watery texture and taste.
