The hotel is everything expected of a 4 star hotel. Good and clean communication. Our room was comfortable and housekeeping services were flawless. We requested extra pillows and it was granted. The spa is great but the regular water poor was on maintenance.
The staff working in the breakfast room were not very nice by informing that we only had 20 minutes to finished the breakfast. In addition, the concierge service was not effective. We need a taxi and we had no phone service, but the staff just gave us a number to call instead to call the taxi.

Lovely hotel conveniently located if looking to spend the night.
I travelled with family while on a road trip around the area and decided to stay the night.
