Boris greeted us, helped with luggage, offered an earlier room at 11.00 am, gave us coffee, helped get us entrance to several venues. Adrian made us great breakfast, good choice of fresh fruit, pastries and the best coffee in Spain. Will definitely come back, best area very walkable. Two good restaurants next door, locals eat there.

Wonderful convenient location on the marina. Quiet hotel.
Within walking distance of main city centre and all attractions. Within 2 minute walk of beach.
Plenty of bars/restaurants on the same street.
Facilitated a very late arrival (2a.m.)
No tea/coffee making facilities in room. Could get tea from bar and bring to room but there was a charge.
Limited toiletries for 2 people.
Frosted glass wall between bedroom and bathroom. No insulation so everything could be heard.
Clothes closets were at shoulder height so unless you stood on a chair you couldn't reach clothes hangars. Corner of closet was at shoulder height so if you stood up quickly you were in danger of getting a knock from sharp corner.
No phone in room to contact reception in case of emergency. You would need to locate the phone number and dial from your own phone and be at the mercy of someone there to answer phone.
Staff not inclined to engage in conversation. Engaging in conversation (even if only to ask have you had a good day / did you go anywhere interesting today) makes for a much more personal visit.
