Very family friendly, staff welcoming. We had breakfast and dinner included but we arrived too late on day 1 for dinner. Reception staff were proactive in offering us lunch the following day to make up for it - really appreciated! Considering the number of guests and traffic the hotel was very clean
Some plates and cutlery weren’t properly cleaned. Dinner could start 6:30pm and avoid the chaos at 7

The staff were great, helpful when needed and nice. There are a lot of nice amenities at the hotel including a wonderful spa.
They indicate on website coffee maker in room but there is no coffee and when asked they said that they don’t provide it.
