Majority of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool was great and so was the spa. The bedroom wasn’t huge but it was all I needed. The room was clean and the beach was a 5 minute walk and about a 10-15 minute walk to the main town and larger beach.
The entire hotel shuts down at 11-11.30pm meaning no more drinks and food stops at 9.30pm so you need to find food elsewhere if you get in late. The spa was lovely but seemed to be booked between 1-5pm each day for a group activity and that would be the most ideal time to go in. You also had to pay for each visit even if you’re all inclusive.
The bathroom in my room had a bath/shower but it didn’t seem to come with a plug to actually use the bath function, and the shower was so strong sometimes that the toggle between bath and shower would turn the shower off a lot and go back to running from the tap.

Old room, but very clean, comfy bed. Good breakfast. Everything what you would expect from hotel like this. Overall not bad.
Spa is not worth it. Only one steam room and small warm whirpool pool. Few resting beds and cold bucket shower. That is all.
Extra fee for entry 10 Euro per 1 hour. Extra 1 euro for locker room. No towel, slippers or bathroobe is given upon entry. For what it is, it should be free or for unlimited time in my opinion.

The staff was very polite and professional.
The beds were uncomfortable. The breakfast was not at all up to par for a 4* hotel, limited choice and when there was something they didn't replenish it. The pool was a disappointment for us, it was only open to children at a certain time in the afternoon, so we didn't even have a chance to get there.
