The staff, particularly Thomas and Ezekiel, were friendly, professional and accommodating. The breakfast was great. The pool and gym were both clean and good facilities. Our suite was comfortable and I was grateful for the coffee maker. The shower was excellent. I had asked for a quiet room and got what I requested. The hotel has a chilled vibe and the music played in the bar contributes to that
The bedside lamps could be better; they don't give sufficient light for reading, even at the highest setting

Car park and location
It was noisy due to the wedding downstairs, hotel has contacted us on about 5 occasions prior check in, asking if we would like an upgrade, after check in there was another booking message and WhatsApp message-just felt a bit too much.
Not comfy location of the rooms, you need to go to a different building.
Very dated rooms.
