Everything. We had a fantastic birthday weekend. This is our favourite hotel in Bournemouth and we stay several times a year. The bed is INSANE. We sleep so well. The customer service is always on point and the hotel is exceptionally clean. After a full on day it was nice to get back to the hotel lounge for a cheeky prosecco.

good location
staff were met were friendly and spa was very nice
Breakfast was very good
upgraded to a superior room which gave us a free parking space which was nice
The view from window was disappointing looking at fire escape and back of another hotel which spoilt it
For that reason it felt like a budget room
when booking it feels like you are booking an independent hotel not a big chain hotel best western!

We were very impressed with the friendly staff and our room in the lodge. Breakfast was nice and plentiful.
It was a bit of a walk out of the centre but we were aware of that
