The location is amazing, and the views are incredible! The rooms are large and well appointed. Unlimited water, hot chocolate, tea, and Neptesso pods were provided. The bed was very comfortable. We loved the shower! There are electrical outlets on every wall, which is very convenient. We used the sauna and outdoor shower, and we are glad we did. They provide everything you need - robes, slippers, and towels. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and we couldn’t have asked for a better breakfast! The staff is very attentive and friendly. Note: the bar is open all night. Apparently they have people arrive at all hours, so they are always open. The hotel is beautiful, and we the grounds are lovely. We enjoyed exploring. This was by far our favorite place to stay in Scotland because of the location and staff.

The property is lovely, but it is quite pricey.

Water views from bathroom....cleanliness, grounds and dining area with lounge and bar service, meals and drinks were wonderful.. Loved the breakfast being included. Erica was outstanding as our bartender. Setting was spectacular!

Location is nice

Most of the staff is very nice, the manager treats his customers with arrogance and looks down on them.
