This is a must!! Beautifully decorated manor. I wish we had spent more time. Such interesting rooms. From the splendor of the billiards room to the astonishingly decorated cigar lounge for a late night dram. Beautiful bedrooms to the mythical dining room. Not to mention the quality of the fine dining menu. The over all experience and super friendly staff makes it a 5 star experience.

Beautiful property and surrounding grounds, great dinner experience, spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. The library room is an absolute gem for an evening drink.
Breakfast service could be improved, refrigerator in the room was making noise and waking us up. Some outside areas felt a bit abandoned or were under construction.

Very cool and unique stay near Oban. Beautiful grounds and the nicest staff in all of Scotland. The special bar room was by far the highlight of our stay. The rooms themselves are huge with nice local bath products provided.
The hotel is balancing the line of luxury and kitschy with its faerie themed rooms and dining. We thought the hotel could be ultra luxury with a little less whimsy but overall it’s a beautiful property.

Quirky, great dinner menu, shabby-chic. Chalets built to high standard, comfortable bed, superior bed linen and bathroom.
EV charger (only one) broken ‘for months’- a big problem in this area and meant we missed our ferry.
Hot tub broken and staff willing but unable to help.
We were not shown or told about hotel facilities eg library with log fire so missed much of the charm of the Manor House vibe.
Breakfasts much praised in reviews but for those who do not want a cooked breakfast the offerings were meagre- stale bread to toast, stale pastries- I jest you not! Be sure to ask for barista coffee- grudgingly offered but available.
