The location was very close to the Alpin Express and within 10 min walk of the bus terminal. The hotel room was very spacious, much bigger than expected and the view from balcony spectacular. Insulation really good, I was afraid that we would be cold during the night, due to being in the mountains, but were actually hot. The breakfast was not huge, but still good and filling.
The beds were rather hard which made difficult to sleep through the night. The receptionist was nice, but took very long to print the Saas-fee cards, which were needed for local transport. Luggage room available, but fully open, no one was checking access and often there was no one at the reception. Room has no kettle, only upon request, and no mugs, nor tea or coffee either.

Close to bus station and main cable car Alpin Express. Lovely large balcony and room with views of the glaciers. Whole hotel is very clean, well organised and well kept. Staff are efficient, helpful and speak good English. Breakfast is very nice and includes cooked options. Great hiking venue as breakfast is available from 0700hrs and there are loads of great routes for all levels in the Saas valley. You get free use of all buses and lifts in valley in return for tourist tax.
This hotel is in a busy area in day time as close to main cable car so some noise. Also some noise in early eve from youngsters using sports facilities.

The localisation is perfect. Right in front of the gondola.
2 days prior my arrival I asked if I needed to let them know my arrival hour so they no when to pick me up from the saas fee parking. They told me no they come 5 minutes after you called them on the phone once at the parking. Well I tried calling for 35 minutes with the Saas fee parking phone and my personal one. For 35 minutes no answers. Just “not available”.
So waited 35 minutes for an answer and then once I had a hold of someone they told me me in less than 5 minutes we will be here. They arrived 18 minutes later… so nearly 1 hour after my arrival I checked in the hotel.
The room was extremely cold and no way of adding warmth.
I had a breakfast included, the receptionist told me it will be starting from 6am. well I went down at 7h45 and the reception doors and lights were closed. No one inside. We were 3 guests looking around because none of us understood. Then we managed to to enter through the fitness area and there were no breakfast. And then one staff arrived and told us “we are sorry it is usually not like this”. No explanation, no professional gesture, a discount or any thing. As I had a meeting at 8h20 I had to leave with no breakfast and nothing with me as there were supposed to be one. So extremely disappointed about this.
