Good bed, Good bathroom, Nice view, Cool balcony, Pet friendly, friendly cleaning staff, Dinner is amazing, complimentary afternoon snacks & tea/coffe in the lobby, good tap water quality in the bathroom
TV was to small and old, Old wardrobes, Heating system is tricky, breakfast could be more diversed, i personally didnt like the lobby

Beautiful location. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Cleanliness. Very helpful reception staff.
The bar closed at 8:45 when it states 11pm. Staff closing the restaurant long before end of meal times and clearing up when I was still eating at 8pm. Asked for Al a carte menu several times and was ignored so resorted to buffet. Some evening staff in restaurant rude and I felt like I had inconvenienced them by going to dinner. No tea/coffee making facilities or water in room. Items in room not replenished daily ie would take bath/hand towels and flannels away and not fully replace.
