Staff was wonderful. There was an issue with the battery lock on our door which was keeping us from getting in and out of the room. Hotel fixed the problem quickly and made it right. Nice to have use of the wellness center. Amazing location with good access to Saas Gee
Somewhat outdated. The wellness centre was quiet but the pool area is dark.

Lovely, clean, welcoming and very helpful staff, comfy beds, excellent breakfast.
Spa and indoor pool were a little cold but lovely spa facilities. Not a big problem!

Classic Swiss hotel, very centrally located with good facilities. Staff was exceptional - polite and helpful. The evening tea/coffee + desserts was a nice touch!
Pillows were a bit thin and shower drain wouldn’t drain quickly.

The staff is friendly and the loccation of the hotel is great.
The rooms are basic for a 4* hotel, so is the breakfast also. The wellness isn’t big and the pool needs to be renovated and is also cold. What really bothered me in the spa area is that it is a naked zone and people will come in in there bathing suit, even when other people are naked.
The mattress of the bad is really soft, i usually love a soft mattress but this one just doesn’t give any support at all. Also the bathroom is really small.
I think the hotel is overpriced and isn’t a 4*, more like a good 3* option..
