The hotel is accurately described on their page. The staff are extremely friendly - the very friendly owners of the place are present to help you. My single room had a balcony with a view, it was large enough to move around in and the bathroom was perfectly acceptable. They also provided a pick up service with an electric buggy from the bus terminal which was excellent. Excellent value for money.
One gripe is that the rooms did not have enough lighting - an extra lamp would be appreciated. Additionally, although they are ski-to-door, this is only during the main season. During the early season when only the glacier is open, they are 5 minutes away up the hill from the free bus stop.

Wenn man 11 Punkte geben könnte, wir hätten diese gegeben. Von A-Z alles perfekt. Sehr zu vorkommende Hoteliers, welche wertvolle Tipps gegeben haben. Top Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr flexibel.

Easy access to the pistes. It is almost ski-in.
The Staff (owner) was impolite and not welcoming. On every request and for every question, he was responding sarcastically with a clear indication of unhelpfulness.
The floor in the room was pretty dirty. The soles of my white slippers got completely brown in two days.
Breakfast was average.
