It’s at a good location where you can find everything, not far from the beach and city centre via walking. The staff was amazing and very friendly especially the kitchen staff. I would like to thank Sebastian especially.
We asked on arrival to make sure the sofa bed and a cot was ready and it wasn’t. We also reported a second duvet was needed and never came. We gave up asking as it was hot most nights.

the room was silent (we did have a corner room though), the laminate in the room (vs the carpet that used to be there years back), the coffee and organic tea in the room, the fact that the hotel offered some free drinks for the minibar, the room was cleaned well. The staff at the reception were helpfull. we were there with 30 degrees celcius outside. So it was welcome to have a good airconditioning available in the room.
the bathroom was very clean, however shows a bit dated now. maybe provide some water in the fitness room.

We did not have breakfast, so I cannot comment on that.
The room itself was okay, but considering that the booking clearly stated we were a family of four, I was disappointed that the sofa bed for the children was not prepared. There were no sheets, pillows or proper bedding. I called reception and was told someone would come to prepare it, but they only brought a duvet and left. In the end, I had to prepare the bed myself and give the children our own pillows.
We also had repeated problems with the lifts. You need to use a hotel key card to access the floors, but our card often did not work, meaning we could not even get up to our room without going back to reception. This was extremely inconvenient.
The rooftop pool was one of the better parts of the stay. It was clean and generally a nice place to relax.
However, I was also uncomfortable with the atmosphere around the rooftop bar. There were women who appeared to be actively approaching and flirting with male guests, including my husband, without seeming concerned whether they were there with their partners or families. It made the environment feel inappropriate and uncomfortable, and I was surprised that this behaviour was allowed to continue inside the hotel.
There was also a lot of noise during the night in the corridor, including people arguing and doors being slammed, which made it difficult to sleep.
Overall, the hotel had some positive points, particularly the clean rooftop pool, but the poor preparation of the room, lift access problems, noise and uncomfortable atmosphere around the rooftop bar made the stay disappointing.

- room not ready at 2pm. Waiting until roughly until 14.30 with advertised times check in 14.00. Nothing offered for inconvenience
- room service room 703 burger and fries arrived totally cold because waiter had to deliver additional meals. Waiter didn’t care after remarks
- big roof leak during evening work hours in room 703 turning the complete floor wet.
- Needed room change no compensation or better rooms offered for inconvenience despite being available.
- check out nobody cared how the stay actually was. Invoice would be provided per email and it was not provided at all
- Amadou came to the rescue with a senior manager to resolve the invoice matter
- official complaint logged to hotel.
