Personnel très sympa, à la réception, au restaurant (d’ailleurs très bon !). Le spa et l’exception faite pour que les enfants puissent se baigner un peu le matin (temps affreux)! Le prêt de parapluies, de serviettes … équipe vraiment accueillante ! Et important : le petit déjeuner est divin ….
Pas grand chose, juste soucis de lit (chambre familial réservée avec 1 lit double et 2 lits simples, et à l’arrivée nous avons eu en fait 4 lits simples) et la piscine présentée en photos sur booking n’est pas celle de cet hôtel.

Beds are really uncomfortable and our room smelled of drains. The pool is tiny don’t be fooled by the pictures.

Rooftop has no bar and is too small. Close to good local bars and tapas.

The spa was really good. The location was perfect, it was only 15 minutes of walking distance away to the la sagrada familla. Also there was a 24 hour open supermarket near the hotel. Also, it was very close to the underground which made easy to commute.
The room was not that good because there was a davenport instead of a bed for the third people. So it was not that comfortable. Also there was an ongoing construction in some of the rooms which made noise.

The staff were not friendly. They charge us to wight our suitcase and did not give us a scale.

Doskonała lokalizacja, do stacji metra dosłownie 3 min pieszo. Czysty (codzienne sprzątnie), duży i zadbany pokój. Podstawowe wyposażenie - kosmetyki, lodówka, butelka wody, tv, ręczniki. Bezpłatne przechowanie bagażu po wymeldowaniu. Miła obsługa.
Niedziałająca klimatyzacja (pokój 714), która mimo zgłoszenia nie została w żaden sposób sprawdzona przez personel, przez co w pokoju było bardzo gorąco (podróż odbyła się w marcu). Brak szczotki do toalety. Dodatkowo płatne jacuzzi oraz całkowicie zamknięty taras widokowy (o zamkniętym basenie zewnętrznym była informacja, natomiast sam taras mógłby być otwarty).

La ubicación del hotel es lo mejor, cerca del centro de la ciudad y con estaciones de metro a pocos pasos, Las camas son muy cómodas y pudimos descansar muy bien.
Llegamos un poco tarde al hotel por que hubo un retraso con nuestro vuelo y cuando nos asignaron habitación lamentablemente ya no había habitaciones disponibles con cama matrimonial como lo había especificado al momento de realizar la reserva, al final terminamos en una habitación con dos camas sencillas que resultaron ser muy cómodas. También tuvimos problemas con el WC ya que había una fuga de agua y el piso del baño estaba lleno de agua, lo reportamos a recepción y afortunadamente lo arreglaron rápido.

Il personale se parlo inglese mi rispondi in inglese non in un italiano arrangiato o in spagnolo , non mi è piaciuto la camera molto rumorosa è soprattutto il pagare 15 €per 1 ora di Spa neanche tanto eccezzionale con 900 € quel minimo di Spa non li merita e in fine il personale notturno non proprio professionalecon cellular in mano ecc.

Considering I booked about 2 hours before I arrived, and I specifically asked for a double bed and a room with a bath. it appeared to be of no effort, I was received with very friendly smiles, and friendly conversation. When the lady who checked me in asked if there was anything else she could do for me, I asked where the nearest Mexican restaurant was, she very kindly did a Web search read a few reviews amd advised me of the best in town, as my Spanish is some what limited this was greatly appreciated. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, with a huge variety catering for all! amd the use of the spa for €10 was incredibe

Dopo aver prenotato una camera matrimoniale, al checkin in ci viene chiesto se volevamo letto matrimoniale o due singoli. Unica camera disponibile con letto matrimoniale si trovava al piano terra, aveva una finestra murata sulla strada pedonale ed era quindi molto biuia e rumorosa la notte

The bed was comfortable
The ceiling height was so low that the shower head was below my head.
The walls are so thin I can hear people going to the toilet above me and next to me.
They advertise the image with a pool and then once booked tell me I have to pay 15 euros for one hour to use it. Definitely not 4*

No tenía aire acondicionado , hacían un calor impresionante y aunque decía que tenía wifi no me funcionó. La disposición de la habitación es muy extraña y diminuta , paredes diagonales vez la tele en diagonal , poco espacio de circulación , el baño es muy pequeño.

The room I initially got was clearly once before a smoking room and this was something I really did not want. The reception very quickly offered me another room which far surpassed my expectations. The breakfast was absolutely excellent with a great variation to be had. You could even have Chicken Curry if you really wanted to.
Not much really to say here. This is my second time of staying in the Hotel and it is very good if you are travelling alone. Good Bar to sit at there is also a rooftop pool if you want to chill out. Very close to the underground so for me an ideal location

Very nice and clean room.
The bathroom did not work, we all 3 days of stay asked to fix this problem, however we were only promised, but never did. There was no ventilation in the bathroom, so all the odors remained, also the door did not work!!!! How is it possible that the door to the bathroom does not close!? We booked a room for three people, we were not provided with a third set of towels and linens. We had to contact reception 4 times to get this problem resolved. It is a 50 minute walk or 20 minute subway ride to the center. The pool is not included in the price of the accommodation, you will be asked to pay a separate price for this service (10€ for 1 hour per person for guests?!)

The staff are super friendly, the hotel is super clean and the breakfast was delicious with a lot of different dishes to choose from.

Das Zimmer in dem wir waren war etwas veraltet und die Betten hatten Räder, somit waren sie nicht wirklich stabil und haben sich bewegt, waren aber trotzdem komfortabel!

The hotel is really lovely. It had a beautiful spa like scent as you walked into the foyer The staff were so friendly and was so helpful in helping us to organise our stay and days out and where to go in Barcelona.
The breakfast was amazing, with such a good selection of food. The hotel was clean and the service we received was excellent.
The corridor was very narrow and the walls quite thin so you could hear all conversations near by. Our room was next to the lifts so this did not help.

Hotel w doskonałej lokalizacji, blisko stacji metra i autobusu, w pobliżu kawiarnie, bary, 10min do centrum handlowego. Pokój był dość mały ale jego zaletą był taras z pięknym widokiem na miasto na X piętrze. W hotelu bardzo miły personel, pokój był co dzień sprzątany i zmieniane ręczniki. Śniadanie bardzo dobre, duży wybór dań również bezglutenowych.
Polecam hotel Catalonia Atenas, chętnie do niego powrócę.
